Born in the city of Crystal, Jan Marro understood his Exaltation at the age of fourteen. Traveling to The Blessed Isle for a proper education amongst his Terrestrial brethren, he accepted the title of Monstrous Hurricane Serenity after a decade of training. Joining the Empire's Investigative Bureau, Serenity became known as a frighteningly competent, and efficient, detective.
