couldn't really think of a good title, and the background was inspired by Yoshi's Story, lol...
Anyway initially I intended this to be like an example picture for a tutorial, but I'm too wordy and making an indepth tutorial is really tedious. So I tried to just record myself, and I ended up taking an hour, haha. So I guess it will just be another cute picture in my gallery. It's been awhile since I did one of these sorts of pictures, I forgot how relaxing it is! = u =

So...long time lurker, first time commenter.
I've looked through your gallery and these little paper portrait things you do are definitely some of my favorite pieces. I'm assuming it involves using lots of layers and textures? Regardless, super cute and super authentic looking!

:3 Ahh hello! Sorry I took so long to reply to this, it's been busy for me the last couple days!
But thank you so much for liking my paper portraits! ;u; I really like them a lot too, but they don't seem to get much attention. But yes, that's pretty much exactly how I do it! Mostly I just try to imagine like, if I were doing this IRL with real pieces of paper, in what order would I lay these pieces? And basically just go from there. c: It's complicated because there are a lot of pieces, but past that it's surprisingly simple.
