They were ejected from the car (as in they got out and pushed my car off the cliff and beat each other up)

Cops said its 'unlikely they will be charged with anything"..............

I may be able to do small claims against Shaun.....

they stole your keys, and while they had possession of the keys, your car took a large amount of damage, doesnt matter if there's proof they did it, they took your keys and that happened. you can charge them with theft of your car, and i'm sure you can tag the damage on them as well, go see a lawyer and tell them what happened and see what they think should be done

well a lawyer wants 500 up front which i dont have....but in order to charge one of the guys with theft, there has to be a connection to the driver, and neither one of them will confess who the driver was even though they know it was this shaun kid.
also the cops like to through the fact that i didnt report the car as stolen when he refused to give my keys back. they see it as....he had the right to keep my car as his place, but not drive it..... but hell...what do the cops know about the law...i should get legal aid to help me!

people are like 'well if you get someone to go after him and force him to pay he'll be too poor to get someone to come after me!' LOL i dont know if it works that way!
truth be told i found his shoe in my car...i was going to wack him with it and tell him to pay me!

if you found his shoe, isnt that proof he was one of the last ones in the cr, indicating to "no EVIDENCE" police that he had something to do with it

yeah they questioned him......he wont say anything and neither will his friend......which doesn't make sense to me because why dont they just charge both of them? I swear the cops just dont want to be bothered with the paper work.
Which brings up the topic of getting legal aid involved or getting a lawyer that i cant afford and should i take this kid to small claims of both of them.....

not sure what you should do, could you borrow the money?(parents or some one)
