decided to lower my outback. gives it a nice look and man does it handle well. and all it took was 4 struts out of a legacy gt of my generation. love the ability to take corners with much less under-steer

hehe, ooh yeah im much in the same boat, but i finally got the water consumption problem under control, but my head gaskets still leak oil like no other. though i found a way to fix it for good and not ever have to deal with the leaking head gaskets on my 2.5 ever again.
yup that's exactly what i did, figure its a good temp fix till i can afford to do the head-gaskets on it. this time im going with the dual cam 2.5 liter engine head-gaskets. they are thick steel shim and as per the last customer i put those on they have gone 100,000 miles and not a drip or drop from the head-gaskets
nods yeah i like the outback trim much better. and yeah you need the controll arms, which i didnt do. so the rear is a bit posative camber. but i kinda like that look. so i figure im gonna run it as is and see how bad it wears the tires. front was easy i was able to get the camber perfect with the stock adj. bolts
