He actually does have a job to do to regular the seasons and ensure winter goes away and spring comes around. Here you seen him cruising him about in the skies, checking in that everything has been done properly as per the heavenly schedule... and making sure there are some extra on the job. XD

I have an idea, how about to put Qing-Long team with other chinese mithology, such as Qilin or Hong (but they also in anthro form like QL). Or maybe make him argue/fight with Monkey God, Nezha or other deity.
