heh, a friend had a cat that would just lay in the middle of the yard and chase birds. this mocking bird kept diving at the cat and quacking at it. the cat would jump up each time (but not very far) and the bird kept trying (and getting closer each time!) one dive the bird discovered the hard way that that dang cat could leap better than three feet into the air (cat had mocking bird for dinner that night!)
