it's cause ottersa re mustelids, and anyone that understands mustelids, knows they vibrate at a high rate of speed, thus making pictures of them hard to capture perfectly. Of course, ferrets vibrate at a higher speed of all mustelids, and there are 2 out of 3 pics of a ferret that will blur in moments where ferrets are even stationary. x3
