Rated General despite obvious (and somewhat intentional) political incorrectness.
Over the last week, I decided to write out some rough draft descriptions for each corporation in the Adipose City setting. At the moment all six corporations are presentable, I plan on putting them up one at a time to avoid flooding, working down the alphabet.
First up is Aristo, one of two European megacorps in my fatfur cyberpunk setting. Bringing a sense of old world charm, Aristo is also a corporation of old world ambitions; ambitions backed by a small army of sharpshooters clad in plus-sized power armor.

Aristo
By Psion
For the Adipose City Universe
Name: Aristo
Territory: Majority holdings in France and the United Kingdom, significant sway in Spain, presently in conflict with Italiana for control of Germany.
Description: Old world charm and ambition at its finest, Aristo stands as easily one of the wealthiest megacorps in the post-peak world. While a bit small compared to most of its competitors, what it lacks in size it makes up for in ambition and potential military might.
Corporate Goals: In the immediate term, Aristo is focused on taking down Italiana and securing market control of the entire continent. Long term, they seek to expand and become the dominant power of Asia and North America. While certainly more polite and having more scruples then their neighbor Italiana, Aristo is not without ambition; ambition that will see that the sun never sets on their growing corporate empire.
Mindset: Drawing from the histories of two of Europe’s greatest imperial powers, Aristo employees are refined, cultured, and well mannered… when it suits them. Otherwise the debaucheries of Aristo are legendary. The company reluctantly encourages these behaviors; while some agents are very much the overstuffed fop, most are just having fun with a role and deceptively competent at toying with their prey….
Operational Method: When Aristo goes to war, the company tries to accomplish its goals as quickly and efficiently as possible. Armed with highly precise rifles and Hard Suits, a oversized power armor for the company’s heavyweight security forces, the cyberpunk techno-knights of Aristo form a small but extremely potent infantry force supported by a catalog of heavily armored land and air transports. While this emphasis has caused their tank technology to suffer somewhat, one would argue that the heavy armor and high mobility of the corporation techno-paladins more then makes up for it.
Subsidiaries:
Bistro- French café franchise specialized in a broad menu of traditional French street food.
O’Maddy’s- Defunct Irish eatery bought up and closed down by Aristo. Their closure has been something of a sore point for Aristo’s Irish market.
Slug’s Pub- A lower-class establishment serving classic British pub food buffet-style and alcohol on tap.
