I have had the deepest love-hate relationship with this drawing for a long time now. I started it back in like October 2012, but I didn't finish it until late March. During those months I improved so, naturally, I started to get real nit-picky about certain aspects of this drawing-- butttt, by then I was too far along to care to restart.
Technically, I never even really "finished" this. I more or less just got tired of working on it and slapped some hasty finishing touches on it. :I
Lesson learned: finish shit quick.
Subject-wise, it's a scene from a story I have been working on for some time now. Roger, Nox, and Tristan traveling on the backs of Soot and Salmon, two large royal wolves.
"Guilt" and its characters belong to me.
