What's this, traditional artwork??
I very rarely draw skeletons, so recently I wanted to try and create a skeleton for one of my creatures. Using a rabbit skeleton for reference, I altered it a bit to resemble my mikken creatures. Mikkens aren't technically rabbit-based, but the skeleton seemed to work well for their general shape.
Mikkens use the specialized sails on their ears, tails, and backs to fly and glide about. They're very small-- small enough to fit into the palm of a person's hand-- and live in "flocks" that make their home in dense forests.
Mikkens, "Guilt" belong to me.
Drawn on SAI.
