Thats really close to reality, not bad at all, I like.
I don't want to be an ass so please do not take any offense but, the sternoclavicular mastoid would be a lot farther posterior to where you have it currently portrayed, and the trapezoids don't quite separate from the other muscles like that they kinda blend into the surrounding area. most anatomy books do that so doctors can learn where to cut and such.
Hell. better then I could do when I was in class for this, I would have probably got 90s if I had been able to draw that well, hard to name things after you draw them if you suck at drawing in the first place.
