Hes' an itty bitty baby so that'll simply be a fact of life for awhile. Look how long human children take before they stop crapping their pants. Thankfully K9s don't take near as long, but the simple fact is, patience and time is still key. You'll get there. One thing to remember, is once you have fed him, take him outside (immediately), as that's one of the times they're ready to let lose.

Always take him out after you've fed him, he's napped for a little while, after extended play time, any time he's been busy for a while.
He's still the ripe age to teach him tricks as well. Might wanna wait a bit until after he's house broken, but once that's over, everything else is fun, and he starts turning into your pride and joy, knowing you've raised him to the smart dog he's become.
