Whats the hardest part of this for you to draw/paint/color?

No longer like trees? BUFFOONERY! They're my best friends.

Hardest part of this has been composing it right. I didn't even have a set idea when I started, the WIP pics I save are very different each time. Fur was also a BASTARD. This fellow is literally the first furred creature I've actually done, I spent a good 3 hours just mucking around figuring it out. I'm really not experienced with anything in this drawing, so it's a lovely learning experience.

Fur sucks assss, most artists have special brushes to deal with it (Not sure what they use but thats what I was told when I asked about it). Anyways! For being the first fuzzy thing you did I think you did fantastic, I myself love the tree you did hence on why I thought you actually spent more time on that then the furred critter. (Also yay for learning!)

And you should totally upload the wip pics to scraps

Normally I'd cheat with textures & brushes, but I wanted to actually put effort into it and I'm glad I did. Finishing up the last of it now.

And this gets booted to scraps when the final is posted, figure I'd let it enjoy the glory before its sent to the dungeon forever.

And it looks like ALOT of effort was used! Im sure it gives you quite a bit of pride in just how well your efforts turned out. It mildly annoys me on how few views it gets, but I suppose thats just the culture of 'furries'..

Between here & DevArt it seems to balance out well enough. Views be damned though, I do this cuz I LOVE it. If others fancy my work, that's just an awesome bonus.

I got irritated at deviant art because well.. it doesnt like my computer apperently.. And if you cant do what you love why bother to do it at all!~
