First of all, I am in love with the palette you used for the image. It's just so pleasing to the eye and engaging while also being calming. It's great!
Second of all... the whole thing is pretty [commenting here since the full has more comments? I dunno weird logic.]. Her sweet, soft face, the lighting on her arms, it's lovely. :)
