here are two kittens my family is taking care of because it's too cold to let them be outside without a mother.
the one on the left(The Calico) is named-Ebil(Brother named him)
the Manx looking one on the right is called - Tinybit because she looks like a tiny bit like my cat star(My mom named her and gave that reason)

What happened to their mother? And they are so adorable! I take care of 3 wild male kittens myself, they are parent-less as well. Good luck with those precious babies! If you ever need help treating their wounds, if they ever get wounded or injured, send me a note, I've been fixing stray cats and other cats wounds before, without taking them to the vet. All thanks to my awesome granny, she's taught me home remedies to use on my babies, and they work like a charm! Great to have an experienced nurse in the family.
Maybe they were wild ones like mine then, when cats live in the wild, a mother cat always wanders off to find food so she can keep her kittens fed. If they still have a mother, I hope you are not worrying her by taking her kits. Just keep an eye out for a she cat in your yard, if she is still around, she may want her children back.
Sounds like you live in my area lol a very bad country area, middle of nowhere-ish like where I live. Cats everywhere, stupid neighbors who let their dogs run loose. My 3 kittens stay outside, since they are old enough to, I would let them inside the house if I could, but moms allergic, and I have a dog that lives with me. The kittens are smart enough though, they know the best places to hide when danger comes around, and they come to me every morning when I feed them. They trust me enough since I used to know their mother, she was a pretty old cat, but my stupid neighbors killed her. Now that she's gone I still take care of her babies. The oldest tabby of the litter already taught himself to hunt lol he brought me a vole one day XD another time he caught a bird for his other brothers to eat with him.
