I have a question about the Icons. Can you do a TF simulation with them? Human-Feline-Human?

Hmm sorry that is pretty much the only thing I've decided that I won't do for icons. I can transition colours and markings and such, but I won't do transitions from different textures/eye shapes like from human to feline since it is essentially making two separate icons and putting them together. I would do it if the person was willing to pay for two separate icons and I'd stitch them together, but it may cause a large increase in filesize, which would mean the version optimized for FA would probably not be as high-quality.

how long does it take you to finish one?

They range depending on complexity. Some of the crazier ones take a couple of hours to get right. :)

Photoshop? After Effects

I use Photoshop to paint them, and then an ancient version of Imageready to animate them. :)
