I needed something easy to try for my first Flash animation, so here's Onsokumaru from "Ninja Nonsense: the Legend of Shinobu", which is about the easiest subject I could think of (even Pac-Man is harder).

Onsokumaru is a hawk...
Well, at least he claims to be a hawk sometimes.

It's just something to watch--nothing interactive. His expression changes after a little while, then changes back.
