Yea, it cracked, I actually have pictures of where ir broke and whatnot, kind of amusing all things considered.

Aww sucks it broke but very neat. I suppose you need a modicum of engineering to get those things to stand with out cracking on such thin stems.

Well, sadly the main reason it broke is the person cooking the sugar pulled it off the heat about 5ish degrees too cool [yes... 5 degrees]

Thats actually isomalt, the diffrence between sugar thats able to be pulled and hand-worked, and sugar for casting and mouldmaking is literally 20 degrees ish.

At that slight undercooking, it flexed a little and with the weight started bending, once bent though it cracked and broke at the base. Hit me up on skype and Ill show you where it broke xD
