Saw this lovely Husky ( Or wolf? ) suitor at Scarborough Ren Fest today. Thanks for letting me take your pic, whoever you art!
I wasn't in costume let alone suit, so when I said "nice suit!" I think it surprised him, hehe.
If anyone knows who this is, lemme know so I can link them!

I go there quite a few times every year, and I usually see at least a fursuit or two each season. Sometimes I see quite a few of them!
I'm sure it would get very hot! But it was nice yesterday, only in the lower 70's. If it was one of the really hot days when its in the 90's that be a lot rougher!

Renaissance fairs have always interested me but I've never been to one before. I'd be much more inclined to 'suit' in 14th-centery garb than anything furry related.
Though I'd also be hesitant to do this because I have problems taking things seriously all the time.
E.g, if you see someone decked head-to-toe in accurate period attire and also wearing a storm trooper mask for no reason, it's probably me.

HAH! You wouldn't be the first one to do something like that. Not even close, lol. I've never suited, and I've never worn a costume to the fair, either. Maybe I will some day, seems like it would be fun.
I do recommend Ren Fairs, though. If they look like they're going to be fun, I imagine you'd enjoy yourself a lot!

Same! Well, not growing up there, but loving Scarby! I go every year, too. Used to go a lot more often. Used to buy Season Passes for $60 or so, and go almost every weekend. Sadly they no longer have those. You can still get a Friends of The Faire, but that's waaay more expensive, and I can't afford that much money all at once. So I'm stuck buying weekend passes and going half as much. Oh well!
Two weekends left, hehe.
