Warning: history lesson ahead!
When I first had the idea for my I'm a Dillo! comic strip, the vision I had in mind was a lot different than what I ended up with. I tried to draw my characters the way I wanted, but they ended up being much taller and much... "smoother" is the best word I can think of... than I had originally wanted. And then I kept drawing them like that, anyway
Anyway, what you see here is something I drew a couple days ago that's somewhere between what I originally wanted Aaron to look like and what he looks like now. I've edited my characters' looks a few times already, but I'm hoping to continue the trend of making my characters look smaller and sketchier. We'll see what happens.
