this was a long awaited commish and my gods i love it. ^^ you have no idea how happy this pic makes me, i know my job isnt that great but this makes me want to do it. ^^ thank you so much theo. ^^ *Snuggles, hugs and licks happly.*
I do the exact same thing at my wal mart, funny thing is once night rolls around noone cares if you have an mp3 player so i just kill time listening to music walking around a lot lol
unforcinatly i take my job way to seriously and like to have praise from my bosses so when night roles in that lot is empty lol, and our walmart is 24 hours so cleaning up an allways open lot is a challenge.
After having this job for a few months I started getting upset with friends and family who said "Oh it's the cart pusher's job to get it we can just let it roll around the lot NO ONE CARES." There's a LOTTA CARTS.
I've gotta admit, having basically the same job at the moment, I can sympathize. It's a thankless job at times, but something that actually holds much more value and importance to it than most people think.
Though divided by distance or time, your fellow furry cart pushers salute ye. It seems many of us are there, or have been there. Keep up the good work.
I can relate to this very deeply...and I must say, you've done a nice job capturing the scene. A job like this certainly teaches you many things. People. Humbleness. Appreciation. Willpower. This made me smile, too, when I saw this. Nice work.
Great picture. I used to do this. Except for the physical pain from often being the sole person trying to keep up a lot at a super walmart, I sometimes miss it. It really should pay more. For the level of pain, it ought to be a $16/h job with benefits..
This is too dark and too innocent in appearance to just be a simple picture. Does something snatch him up? Is something lurking in the shadows? Or is this just a reminder of you/a friend's day to day life at work?
This is really nicely done. I love how this turned out.
