Meow~ :3 So I PROMISE GUIZ that I will upload something that isn't an old doodle just sitting in a soggy rain-water wet box on my compoooter next! ;A;
I just saw this in my doodles folder and decided it needed to be uploaded too, because Raikou derps. I originally drew this to represent my own starter Raikou in a group co-op Pokemon GSC Randomizer LP I'm working on with a few buds from youtubes. For the record, I've never drawn a single Raikou before.
F5, cleaned out the colors escaping the lines!
