so, here was a prior attempt at designing one of the factions for Ulrath. and this design held on for a considerable length of time. In the end, though, a flat-out evil faction just didn't seem to hold justification/emotional attachment ... errr ... seem compelling enough to write anything good for it.

Anyhoo, this guy is one of their Revenant units. Essentially they're like the Dreadnaughts from Warhammer 40K, a walking sarcophagus of fallen heroes. Big, tanky, pack a punch, unable to use any cover or stealth. March and destroy was (and still is) this faction's main motife (as opposed to run and gun or stop and pop)
