I wonder if the goat was born without that leg, or had lost it due to an accident or predator. Either way she looks to be a strong survivor-type.

The Island is one of the Canary Islands, they are loc. in the Atalntic Ocean ooposite North Afrika (Marocco).
The 2 nothern Islands Lanzarote and Fuerteventura(this Island) are very dry, Sandy and you see the vulcanic origin all over.
Both well known for the surf spots, I call em an Australia in small.
Goats are all over the Island like in rotnest the quakkas (Yes I was on rotnest too) - have a look on Google Earth for the Island.

Cool. Rottnest is just a ferry ride away for me :P

The Island is about 4h aircraft ride away from my place. but luck I have 4 main Airports in 125 km distance around.
But to go there is easy Fuerteventura is a frequent tourist island for Europe - so you lucky get a flight there for 100 Euro return.
1 week holiday maybe inkl. flight form 250 euro depense on time of the year.

Cute! Do you help with predator control? I'm sure your happy to get rid of the dogs in the area, but do they have any others predators capable of taking down a goat?

Cute none the less. Tho goats are as dumb as they come as far as brains go, they are just so adorable.
