Firro is a fox psychic who went missing in the events of the prelude (which haven't been written yet, but are explained as a backstory to the first book). He's been kept as an experimentation subject in the Cynid Delta City and after sending out a message by hacking into a security camera sets the events of the book in motion. He has a special relationship with Reiko.
