Just to show how I tend to do things, for anyone curious.

Most my stuff is done almost completely in Sai, but taken over to Photoshop for last minute touch ups and random add-ons (like filters).

Of course this doesn't show every step (like how I have a bad habit of making a million layers when shading stuff), but I thought it might be interesting to someone.
