A sketch design for a fancy new outfit for Cobra(this will not replace is normal outfit!) The design was inspired by an outfit worn by a Dragon Quest character, so I tried to design one based on it(I might go back and tweak it some more when I draw it again). I also gave him a hat to got with it cause it's easier than carrying around an old umbrella(and it looks really good on him :3).

Also added Petey for no real reason, except to cover up that horrible hand.
