so.. this is for that (currently, until it is finished) top secret project ive been working on.

i wanted an LED bar to fade (but not all the way off) and i didnt want to use a big atmega chip to do it. so i talked to my teacher and he showed me the picaxe 08m, an 8 pin chip with 4 I/O ins, and no need for an oscillating crystal.

so i spent my spare today slowly figuring out the syntax and coded it up to fade the LED i have on the board and then also change it to be steadily on if a switch (not added here) is turned on.
tomorrow im gonna design a board for it and then i'll get two of them cut out because ill be making two of the top secret things. the LED will be replaced with a light bar, most likely one from a discarded scanner (Epson scanners/printers have a really nice LED strip that is edge lit).

also, i like arduino better, but that may just be because im familiar with the syntax and stuff.

..or worry. but i dunno why.
