Hexv got me into playing Planetside2 with him. I play sniper since I love it most and I'm the most helpful when playing it since I have less skills in the others. But as a sniper, it's pretty darn tough to actually kill anyone, especially as someone new to shooters. So I get SO excited when I actually get a kill, while Hex laughs. I never actually feel like I'm helping, so I feel it then, kinda!
We play planetside on the PC, but drawing it this way was easier haha We also chat through skype voice since we don't live close.

I think I squealed pretty damn loud when I finally got a damn kill with that sniper! It's easier now with the better gun but it's still so tough, so victory every time I get one <3 Only downer is that I never know if I actually killed them, or if someone just got the health down so low there's no way I'd not kill them haha
Pffttt, oh stop it you~

The key to sniping is waiting for the enemy to stand still, which they ALWAYS do eventually.
Seriously, you can drop 4 guys in the same area and they'll keep standing still aiming around trying to find you.
If you have some cash to invest in the game, the RAMS .50 is the best TR sniper rifle. Only the NC can get headshot one-hit-kills with their default rifle (It's totally not unbalanced guys!), but with that rifle you can drop an HA with their shield on.
Get some practice ranging your targets, and pretty soon you'll be outstripping hexv in K/D ratio.

I remember when I actually got good at HALO. Too good actually, I was playing one of my friend's xbox and in the game I got into the scorpion and destroyed everything (by everything I mean enemies, allies, vehicles, allies in vehicles, as well as invisible enemies) but my rein of terror ended when one of my allies took a spartan laser and blew up my beloved scorpion.
