-'Know' is having the knowledge of. Like, "Do you know what I mean?"
-'Now' is the description of an immediate action. Like, "I need that report right now!"

I was merely asking if you knew you were using the wrong word. A lot of people might berate you for using incorrect grammar or spelling and I was trying to help you avoid that.
