Just something quick I did cuz I wanted to draw a pic of myself with my new kitty Morloth. She likes sitting on my shoulder; I outlined her with a little bit of gold gel pen so she'd stand out a bit better against all of Luthien's black hair. >u<

I'm pleased to say that Morloth is doing MUCH better. :) As I'm typing this, she is currently curled up under my desk in her favorite spot, taking the first of many catnaps for the day. She woke me up this morning in her usual manner, meowing incessently until I got up to feed her. I tried to have her hang out with me in bed but all she wanted to do was walk on my face, so up I got.
She is still super tiny - from what my mom tells me, half the size of her brothers. Her middle is getting nice and round but the rest of her is still scrawny. She has been eating just fine, I've kept her on wet food and Nutrical to try and put weight on her, but I also leave a dish of dry food out for her at all times cuz I'd eventually like to get her switched over to that. I think she at least attempts to eat the kibble, but there's crumbs EVERYWHERE, so I'm not sure how much of it she actually swallows. lol
She seems to be fairly tolerant of baths - at least, she behaves better than any of my rats ever did when confronted with water. She's got a little bit of a flea problem that she got from my sister's cats, so I've been bathing her with Dawn to try and kill a few of them off. She has a vet appointment today where they'll give her some actual flea treatment, and I'm gonna have to get crap to treat my apartment too. :/ So far no bites on me that I know of though.
She definately seems to have perked up in the last week, she still doesn't show interest in her toys but she's always all up in my business. lol Even when I shower, she's just SURE she wants in there with me. So lastnight I put her in (she had some litter stuck to her paws anyway), she didn't seem to mind. I may actually have a cat that likes water. >u>
I will continue to keep you guys updated on her progress, and there will be more art of her I'm sure. n_n
