This is a game-spec model but I don't know what I'll do with him yet. He's not going into Pop!.
Alan is an inflatable weakly-fire-breathing mostly-lizard guy, living in a world where everything is filled with gas. He got his title from a particularly reckless episode where he climbed on a giant, floating and hydrogen-filled blimpophant and used his fire breath to ignite it. The results were predictable, the giant flaming blimp-creature fell on a small village and injured or killed most of its population. Needless to say the title is not one of honor.
His trusty rapier is shaped after the weapon of the Grim Poker, a mythical figure representing death in his world.
Alan's body is not made from vinyl, it's a thin biological membrane that can regenerate punctures, slowly transfer air in and out to maintain optimum body pressure and acts as muscles and nerves. Some creatures can electrolyze water to get hydrogen, Alan does that to fuel his weak fire breath. The top of his head contains the brain-equivalent, a puncture there would be lethal.
To lower his center of mass Alan has inserted metal pellets into his feet, with them he weights a respectable 17 kg. Without these pellets he would fall over when using metal tools. He has a fairly high body pressure, again to let him lift metal tools. In fact it's just below the pain threshold, any more air and it would start hurting like hell. Should he be transported to your world do NOT attempt to overinflate him, he's surprisingly strong and can jab that metal spike through flesh and bone.
I don't think it would be possible to build him in real life.
