While I do acknowledge I'm doing better with my health and everything else I still cannot stand seeing myself in the mirrors, pictures, or anything else. While at ESG today I kept seeing myself in the mirrors...everywhere. And every time I still flinch and find myself disgusted with myself. The words I'm ugly, fat, and stupid still like to run through my head, and more importantly why did I let myself get this way...why didn't I see it sooner.

So here ya go, vent art to let out some frustrations. Shadow trying to look away when seeing a mirror. Cracked and broken.

Thanks to everyone that has stuck with me this far, my mate and pack most of all. This is just to get the thoughts out.
