Yes. Baojia. Not a new character, an old one. He just used to have a different name (he was a foo dog, so I named him "Fu" for a lack of a better name; I finally came up with one later on though). Even then, I mostly wrote about him, because I hate, hate, HATE drawing his mane. I actually slacked off considerably on it, because the damned swirlies made me twitch.

If you're curious about what he is, in his universe he is a fallen god of joy and protection. He was overthrown by a dark, false goddess and imprisoned in rock until the unwitting (and quite reluctant) reincarnation of his former ally--Ming-hoa--stumbled across his "statue." He now acts as the unseen hand (er... paw) of prophecy, trying to set right what he couldn't stop so long ago. He's not too big (about the size of a mastiff) or intimidating (... he's a pudgy red dog. Ooh, I'm shaking), but he makes up for what he lacks in sheer power, intelligence, and his personality.

Well, maybe not personality. He's a bit of an asshole. You'd be cranky too, if you spent five thousand years stuck in the same damned spot. XD
