Narwal plush
● 2' 5" (75cm) tall with a 2' (60cm) long tail.
● Features a moving jaw and a solid structure.
This is the last plush commission I owed, and the last commissioned doll I'm going to do in a very long time.
She was made in the timespan of three consecutive weeks, and I spent around 35-45 hours making her. She's entirely handsewn, with sewn-on markings and needle-sculpted details. Her eyes and the airbrushing are hand-painted.
Lots of different, high quality materials were used to complete this enormous project, in which we can find minky (this being the first time I've used it), fleece and faux fur.
The plush includes a pseudo-structure to support its weight and to avoid most deformations while keeping its soft, cuddly aspect. Her head has got a moving jaw with full details, such as painted inside details, a tongue, and hand-sculpted teeth that are arranged in a way to avoid colliding when the mouth is closed.
