I have a bad habit of getting a pretty small commission, expecting to knock it out in an hour or two, and then turning it in to a massive production because I just can't let it go before it's "perfect." This stupid thing was just way too pretty to slap together, so I went all out instead. xD
This was a commission for
from Furry Fiesta that I finally was able to sit down and finish last night during my livestream. His character Snooks is a blue zorse, crossed between a zebra and a gypsy vanner. He wanted this character as a realistic hippocamp with fins like a betta.
To keep with the aquatic theme, I changed the zebra stripes to lionfish stripes, and used a lighter build of horse for reference (I did try to give it fin-feathers).
