I guess I'm not entirely out of inaccessible-avant-garde-territory yet! (Probably won't ever be, for that matter...)
This is made entirely using the Wilhelm Scream.
Seems a little empty to me near the beginning, but maybe that works.
Audacity can do wonders.

I swear some of that sounds like the growl from the Cloverfield trailer...
A friend of mine also said that the little squeaks sounded like his hamsters.
