Pholcus phalangioides (Longbodied Cellar Spider)
After the ring light didn't work out, I decided to try something else with the macro rig and ordered some more equipment. This is the first real test and I am very happy with the results.
Female with eggs.
This species tends to hold the egg bundle by their palps to keep them safe. What's really cool is you can see the eggs very clearly and can actually make out the features of the developing spiders (legs and eyes especially).
