[EDIT3] The vet checked her out, and she's doing great! The vet said that she is one of the better strays he's seen come in, which is fantastic news. She might have a bit of an upper respiratory infection, but they didn't think it needed any meds. So we're just going to keep an eye on it and see if it gets worse. She is NOT injured from her fall, YAAAAY! And my friend is taking her home tonight to care for. I'll be having a sleep over at her place to help watch the kitty, I'm bringing some of my supplies like some litter, a temp small litter box, nest materials, etc. When I get there I'll take lots of photos for you guys. =)
We no longer need any donations! The vet cost is covered, and since she has no injuries or big health problems, it was fairly low. I'll get in contact with everyone who donated as soon as I can, to thank you all! <3

[EDIT 1] I just received a call from my friend, they are currently awaiting the vet's attention at our chosen emergency vet. The good news is, she's alert and stable. We don't really know anything else at this point, but I think some more photos are incoming too!
Hello everyone! I may need your help caring for a very small stray kitten. I will give you all the information I have as I know it, but some of the details are fuzzy, and I am writing this as the situation unfolds. I will make edits as new info unfolds, both here and in the journal I just made.
Today my local friend and fellow artist came into care of a three week old black female stray kitten. Her coworker had found this kitten along with a littermate in a widow well, and rescued them and brought them to work. The other kitten found a home, but this small black girl kitty still needs a home. I don't have experience caring for very young kittens, but from the vets and shelters I've contacted and the info I have, I think this kitten need immediate medical attention. She is hissing (possibly in pain from her fall into the window well) and one of her eyes is goopy and possibly infected.
Since it's Sunday, only the emergency vets are open and available to take in a kitten. My friend is going to be bringing the kitten to the vet asap to assess any injuries or illnesses, but can't afford to pay. I've offered the use of my Care Credit Card, a special credit card I only use for veterinary expenses for my own cat. Loaf (my cat) had some emergencies recently, and my Care Credit card is low on funds. Still, it's all we have right now to help get immediate help with this kitten.
I don't do this often, but I'm asking for help to pay for this tiny kitty's veterinary expenses so we can get her healthy and ready to be adopted! No shelters are open at this hour on Sunday, and no regular vets are open either. So our best bet is to get her care at an emergency vet, and care for her overnight (or however long it takes) till we find her a forever home. I can't afford to adopt another cat, as Loaf's veterinary expenses are high enough that it would be impossible to care for another cat. And my friend can't afford to have any animals at all, so we're at a standstill financially. I will likely be spending the night with my friend to help overnight care for this little night star of a kitten.
We do not yet know what the expenses will be for the kitten's care, other than the $94 emergency visit fee. Anything will help, my friend and I want to give this kitten every chance to thrive and find a new forever home!

The goopy eye very well could just be eye allergies. My kitty had a similar problem and looks remarkably like that kitten actually. ( https://www.furaffinity.net/view/10258667/ ) if you'd like to see.
I wish you and the little kitten all the best dear. <3

Can I give you just a li'l advice... if you can afford it you could buy some polysporin in liquid for the ears and eyes... you could ask and tell to your local pharmacist that it's for a really young kitten and if it's recommended... I'm sure he would tell you about it and it would help you a li'l before seeing the vet
I have raised infant kittens before (one of mine came to me at two days old and born two weeks premature). It's a lot of work, but it's very much worth it. At three weeks they are still nursing, I believe, and will need KMR regularly. Just be aware that KMR can make them constipated. If you run into this problem (as I did) put a couple drops (literally) into the formula. It will act as a lubricant and make it possible and easier for them to go.
I strongly advise against the Hart formula for kittens - it's known to cause serious problems later in life, and my family has had very good luck over the years with KMR. KMR should be available at all local pet stores and one tin of it should last way more than long enough for your baby here. It's not overly expensive.
