A bit of a push with  xolroc and some research into Pounce de Leon from an anime series lead me into this.

Name: PDL (short for Pounce de Leon)
Affects: Muscular/Skeletal/digestive/resporatory structure of head, related neural effects (balanced)
Severity: Minor overall (sociological impact unknown). Major structural changes. Can be stacked. Does not qualify for corrective surgery. Observe only.
Occurs: Unknown rate, tentatively "rare"

The PDL minor mutation will express itself in the fetus, causing duplication of the facial group between the top of nose to (and including) chin, as well as duplication of both ears. Each group contains it's own nasal passages, mouth cavity, tongue, ears, audio cavities, and added brain tissue to assist and enhance the subjects mental capacity. Each group also causes a slight enlargement of the chest to handle extra vocal cords, as well as thickening of the neck. Each group's trachea and esophageal tubes lead to one set of lungs and stomach.

While most cases of PDL are a duplication, a triplication has been observed and attached to this notice. The subject observed is otherwise healthy, eating normally, and has been known to sing with an extensive range.

DO NOT TAKE CORRECTIVE MEASURES. MORE DATA ON THIS MUTATION IS NEEDED. YEARLY CHECKUPS ARE RECOMMENDED. WILLING SUBJECTS MAY BE ASKED TO KEEP A JOURNAL OF THEIR LIVES SHARED WITH MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS FOR STUDY.
