I obtain a midi for the notation, and Edit, Re-arrange, Remix, Re-compose, and then Master the song all using Cubase 5.
Midi sounds very materialistic and "raw", think of PC 98 sounds, depending on the quality of the midi.
from this, I re-orchestrate and in some cases completely re-arrange the song.
The end result can sometimes be a completely different genre, game, or sound compared to the previous upload.
I mainly work with Game music.
