PM MODELS 1:72 attacks again! XD

The Mirage IIIEA is (yes, still IS altough have 40 years in service) the Argentine version of the famous french Interceptor Mirage IIIE, without doppler radar. The I-003 arrived to Argentina in september 23th 1972 in a C-130H Hercules, being the second of the very extense fleet of deltas. During the war of Malvinas in 1982 was sent to my city ( Comodoro Rivadavia ) as defense for possible britishs Avro Vulcan bombers attacks plus some more planes. As one of the planes of the first group arrived to Argentina the plane wasn´t equiped with the TACAN antenna and the wires to the use of the Matra R550 Magic IR missiles, so was used only with the Matra R530 semi active radar guided missile ( baaad one ) and its internal cannons of 30 mm

The plane have in the image the original cammo based in the USA one for Vietnam, not the actual low viz ULTRA SAD GREY one <.<
i am ALMOST SURE that the I-003 was lost in accident like 2 years ago but i can´t confirm it, so if somebody can help me PLEASE tell me if you know something :3

Btw, when i took the photo we still had about 35 kms/h of wind, and as you can see the glass is, by first time in a model built by me. Altought was barely glued, the glass supported the wind without any trouble, showing that my models can be simple but very tought! X3

Sadly i can´t get a Mirage IIIDA (two seater) but are people trying to help me with that right now to get a draw for me X3
