Oooh, that sounds nice!
The only thing I can think of is making the stripes go all the way to the mid-calf/ankle on the legs, and mid-forearm/wrist on the arms, perhaps fading in intensity of black/color? That and maybe a bit of fluff on the legs/ankles kind of like around where goats have that rough, course fur close to their hooves.

I'm not a big fan of stripes that go all the way around x.x Plus, he's not full tiger, so I was thinking that his stripes would be smaller. And to the more floof, maybe. I am thinking of making him fluffier in general. I need to look at some species of goats and figure out exactly what kind he is mixed with. XD
