Well it will be more explained in the next chapter, but Drag's water attacks aren't very strong so he needs to compensate with a lot more water to make his attacks strong. Of course, more water requires more magical power to use so he needs to find a good magic-to-water ratio that works best for him.
Inferno: Actually, I just wanted to give you the heads up, from what I've deciphered on this tablet, it talks about them rising again, and that a water pup named drag will play a part in stoping them, you are that water pup, are you not, I'd help, but I don't want to interfere, oh, and call me Inferno.
