When gluttony takes over many fatties as it is prone to do, The willing host can usually follow it's whim for so long. The host reaches the "squeezing point". If the food obsessed 'victim' can not fit through a door, the food binge will often stop here. By the time they get out, they will have regained their normal selfs. But if they can get through this barrier relatively quickly (often with the help of multiple employees pushing against the 'victim's' backside) then their gluttonous rampage is sure to continue.
