Well this is the second time I tried this out and went and sketched out the deer skull thats in my room. There is quite the story behind this skull. Its the skull of a Florida Key Deer and I know its female because..........no horns (I have a pair lying in my room though XP) and it wasnt always bone. I used to ride a school bus and one day I spotted a dead deer on the side of the road, far enough that it was hidden. It didnt hide for long though cause it started decomposing and smelling bad every day. And everyday we passed it I would stare at it watching the progress. Four months passed and by then I drove myself to school so one day I decided to stop by. The skeleton was already nearly clean except for bits of dried skin. I took the skull and brought it home, bleached it, washed it, removed the sand, steamed the skin off and then admired it, but then I noticed something odd. It had two teeth missing out of its 8, so the next day I went back and dug through the sod and found the two teeth (yes Im a freak) now it has a complete set of teeth, even though one snapped from the dryness. I love this skull to death.
