Yo start by soaking th leatheer completely then put it on a form and push it in to shape, dry it a bit [hairdryer, heat gun, oven; be careful not to scorch]
Work it, dry some more,,,, repeat and repeat till fully dry.
To get to this stage it took me arround 4 hours after getting set up.
It is a fun project but rather time consuming.
