As I believe it's apparent that I haven't put pencil to paper in a year, this comes as a shock that, well, something happened.
Not exactly the most normal drawing though. Title is largely what I mean. This wasn't sat down and drawn after though. For lack of a better term, or better explanation, I was compelled to draw this. It was drawn when I was doing other things, and dropped them to grab pencil and paper. It not in my style. It's not an angle I've ever gotten to work before, and after a year's inactivity, I'm a hell of a lot more rusty than to throw something at paper and have it be right first go. As well as that once the face was done, nothing else came. At all. The switch was flipped, I wasn't doing any more, and the shoulders and beginnings of chest are what I tried to get to work before I had to give up as I knew that whatever brought this on, was over.
I don't know. Perhaps just making too much of things. Either way, a spooky drawing to me, that though I think is good and something I never managed, is something that makes me feel odd to look at and will be firmly filed away somewhere were I won't see it again.

I personaly think it looks prety good for not having put pencil to pad in a whole year. And like you said it wil not be perfect the first ime but , if you keep working at it a few more times it wil lget the way you want it to be. Anyhow, its good to see that your still drawing, even if it is a the drop of a hat.
Take care and keep up the awsome work.

Hee, yeah, inspiration comes and goes as it pleases. :> Still, even with the year's time, you caught the sense of character just right. *nods* I really dig the expression, though, and I like the angle a lot. By all means, keep at it--it doesn't stay gone forever! <3
