Muscle turtle heroine - Shielding Shell Salutes You
Actually, she's probably saluting some hero or heroine off camera who's just helped her out. Possibly this is from when she met Identity the bloodhound, prior to which she had been very much a loner when it came to superheroing. Like, Identity is standing up on some ledge (as supers do) and Shell is down on the street about to walk away, when she turns and gives her a salute.
Also, it's raining. This is my first attempt at drawing rain.
