Perhaps I can help. I managed to get my hands on two of the event Shaymin. If I traded you one, you'd be able to get the Gracidea Flower and have yourself a Skymin -- but the names are in Japanese. If you're interested, I'm sure we could work it out over the GTS system.
I should note I have them in my copy Black 2 and I don't think I can trade them back to a Generation IV game (Diamond, Pearl, Platinum), though.
